The site’s data as spreadsheets: the catalog, programs and their requirements, course details, sections and who teaches them, people, and proposals. Download one, all of them in one workbook, or build a spreadsheet of your own. Only admins and schedule editors see this page.

Spreadsheets

Each opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. CSV is the same, one sheet, for anything else.

Build your own

Choose what each row is, then the columns you want in the order you want them: anything the site knows about that kind of row, including what joins to it. A course row can carry its learning objectives, who teaches it this term and its open proposals. Narrow the rows, see the first few, then download.

Files

Every syllabus on file, as the PDFs themselves, in one .zip with a manifest (a spreadsheet and a JSON file) saying each one’s course, term, instructors, who added it and where it is stored. It is a complete copy: what you would keep as an archive, or move to other storage.
